Busted for Drugs or DUI? Don't Panic!

Florence, Alabama's Criminal Defense Lawyer

The War on Drugs has destroyed lives, families, and devastated communities. Many "offenders" are led through our justice system by public defenders who barely have the time of day for them. Alan R. Elledge, Attorney at Law, offers an alternative for those people, and fights for their freedom.

Why Do I Fight?

When I was in law school, I interned at the public defender's office. Criminal public defense instantly became my passion after I saw the conditions these people had to go through. Every person has a right to a fair trial, which I why I commit my service to those accused of these crimes:

Drug Possession - Drug Distribution - Drug Manufacturing - Drug Trafficking - Drug Paraphernalia - Driving Under the Influence
