Busted for Marijuana, Drugs, or DUI? Don't Panic!

Why Do I Fight?

Many civilians’ encounters with law enforcement occur without a search warrant. The Fourth Amendment to the United States’ Constitution regulates these police encounters. Additionally, many citizens encounter police interrogations without a lawyer present. The Fifth Amendment to the United States’ Constitution requires a lawyer to be present if the suspect asks for an attorney. I fight to protect these Constitutional rights to protect civilians from illegal police action.
